Story

  1. Chapter 1 Trust Level 2

The Satyrs taught that survival belonged to those who wandered alone. For generations they scattered across forests and marshes, never gathering long enough to be found. Yet even among people born to hide, Mylra stood out. Her white horns caught the greedy eyes of both Orcish shamans and Human hunters. When she was still a child, Human poachers tracked her family through the wetlands. Hidden beneath tangled mangrove roots, Mylra watched helplessly as her parents were butchered for their horns. The hunters laughed as they spoke of displaying the matching horns in noble halls. In that moment, Mylra's childhood ended.

  2. Chapter 2 Trust Level 4

Years passed beneath cold skies and lonely roads. Mylra became a huntress feared by those who once hunted her kind. When a House Scull hunting party finally cornered her with hounds and iron nets, fear gave way to fury. She slaughtered the hunters and slew their captain with his own ornate bow—a weapon crafted specifically to kill Satyrs. Rather than destroy it, she carried it with her. Over time the bow became known as the Snake Bow, a reminder that prey could become predator, and that survival demanded more than hiding.

  3. Chapter 3 Trust Level 6

For years Mylra followed the ancient creed of the Wanderers, believing solitude was the only path to survival. Then she began finding abandoned camps, scattered bones, and silent graves stripped of horns. Entire Satyr groups vanished without witness or memory. "Solitude will not save us," one old Wanderer told her. "It will only make us disappear faster." The truth struck hardest when she discovered a mass grave filled with slaughtered Satyrs whose horns had been taken as trophies. Looking upon the dead, Mylra realized her people were not surviving. They were fading.

  4. Chapter 4 Trust Level 8

The Night of Burning Stars changed everything. As Darklings flooded the world, the ancient Orc Kolk awoke from his slumber, convinced that Satyrs were the source of the catastrophe. While many Wanderers chose to flee, Mylra chose to stand. She challenged a fearful clan leader who wished to abandon the Redmarsh and emerged victorious, uniting scattered Satyrs beneath a single banner for the first time in generations. Today she guards the Redmarsh, one of the last Satyr homelands, with Snake Bow in hand and white horns shining above the reeds. She fights not for glory, but so her people may have a future.
