Many Orcs wonder how Chieftain Dattara could come to trust a Tavrosi with such a... flamboyant fashion sense. But veterans of the Battle of the Hexwood are quick to come to his defense: it was thanks to Tohar that the Humans' plans were foiled and their reinforcements were cut off. Tohar can always find a solution to any problem, no matter how intractable.
Though Wilderburg was already well acquainted with cold iron mining thirty years ago, yields were nowhere near as high as they are now. Returning to the Coldiron Plateau two decades after his disappearance, a young shaman suggested increasing the height of the chimneys on the smelting furnaces. With this single action, cold iron yields were increased twenty-fold. Those who encountered him would always recall his gaudy clothing and grandiose speech, as well as the small hammer he always kept upon his belt, clinking in the breeze. But few knew that the insignia upon his hammer was that of a Human noble family...
As a group of youths led by a red-headed young woman ran amok at Dawngrad's Sun Fair, a cry went up from an anxious guard: "It's the hooligans from Melinoë's Tavern! I've seen that Tavrosi before!" Meanwhile, atop the vast and silent Coldiron Plateau, an old shaman had a sudden vision of one who had disappeared many years ago. "Our lost child is finally coming home," he muttered. "Kamasi has guided his steps."
As the last of his Tavrosi brethren fell around him, Tohar spotted Melinoë, sitting atop a horse in the distance. "This is the last time, my dear Tohar," she said in a calm, clear voice. "Remember this moment. We will not meet again." He had always wanted Melinoë to stay. But he never expected her to leave like this. He ran a hand over the hammer hanging from his belt, tracing the inscription on the handle: "To my beloved Tohar." For the first time in his life, tears rolled down his face.
